- Submission does not guarantee publication.

Return and Refund Policy

At House of Gaia Publishing, we take pride in providing high-quality books and products. Because our books are printed and packaged with care, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost if the issue is verified.

Returns
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect items ordered by the customer
Normal wear or minor printing variations

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:

Your order cannot be fulfilled.
A replacement item is unavailable for a damaged or incorrect order.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
